Today Paul and Tony the Ivy Bend Hand Guys finished the rest room in the
barn. These guys have been great and have not only done a terrific job
but saved us money in the process of getting the barn ready. Kat is
finishing the painting of the meeting area of the barn this week.
These are two miles stones that mean we are ready for our first guests.
The rest room means who ever is staying in the RV now has a private
place to shower and the meeting room means we have a private place to
sit and talk with people who are at the farm for restoration.
We left Louisburg, KS in March not knowing where we would eventually
land. In May, two months to the day, we moved onto the farm. We built a
chicken coop, had the barn built and had three hoops houses erected in
the span of seven months.
