Brandon and Wendy Hildebrand made lots of plans in their four years of marriage.
But, one thing they never planned was that when they headed off on a Memorial Day weekend trip last May, Brandon would return a paraplegic.
But, that's what happened. In a matter of seconds their lives were changed forever.
Now a year after the motorcycle accident that left the 35-year-old Brandon paralyzed, he continues to work at becoming stronger. And since then the couple has learned even the best laid plans often lead in a different direction.

I believe everything that happens to us is God's Will and is given to us with love. It is then up to us what we do with that experience.
God never send us a cross too heavy to bear - and when it does get too heavy, He puts people in our path to help us carry the load - just as Jesus had help to carry His cross.
Sometimes we have a difficult experience in order to spiritually grow and then go on to use that experience to help another person when they encounter a similar difficulty. God works through all of us, we just have to keep those channels open.
